What we used π
πΏ Gumnuts
πΏ Dried wattle
πΏ Gumleaves
πΏ Tea light candle
πΏ Homemade clay
πΏ Homemade clay Recipe πΏ
Two cups of flour
Two cups of salt
1 cup of baking soda
2 cup of water
πΏ Mix together well
πΏ If it's too sticky or runny add more flour and If it's too dry add more water
πΏ It should have a playdough like consistency π
πΏ Roll your clay into a ball
πΏ Use your tea...

Lily went around the garden and collected some bits and pieces this morning to add with the treasures she already has in our nature craft box from previous garden and beach hunting πΏ
Picking which flowers and shells and rocks we used for their skirts and hair was like dressing up her own dolls π€
We glued them onto long sticks so Lily can use them for play easily and also we can stick them in our fairy garden outside β¨
ππ Beach Candles ππ
Bringing the beach to us and we made some sea shell candles and lantern β¨
What we used:

π Glass Gems
π Sand
π Half used up tea light candles
π Empty old glass jar
π Craft glue
π Hot glue gun

BARK OWLS π¦π³
BAYou really can make anything into something - including bits of bark found on the ground fallen of a tree! π³π±πΌπΉ
We can often hear a family of owls in the trees behind our home - we can always hear them but don't often get the chance to see them! π‘
So here we have some bark owls we made that live happily hanging on our kitchen window where we get to see them everyday! π€
You need:
πΏ Bark - any sizes, we used chunky bark for their bodies and thinner bark for wings and head here we have literally used 8 small...
Seashell snails ππ
We made these little guys this morning and they were dry by this afternoon - perfect for a slow play afternoon π
All you need
π Seashells
π Salt dough (see our homemade salt dough post for recipe)
π Little sticks
Roll your saltdough into little snail bodies π stick your seashells ontop π
use your little sticks for their eyes π
And leave to dry! π
If you find their little shell backs aren't sticking you can either add more dough or a little bit of glue π
So simple and the best part is after the craft activity your little one has some new little friends...
