So you remember Lily's precious white balloon from the other day well it was losing some of its air and we wanted to make the most of it so we decided to take the opportunity to make these paper mache pressed leaf and flower lanterns and they turned out pretty good!

All you need
Balloon (we don't get balloons often unless they are gifted to us so we took the opportunity to make something else with it you could also use a plastic bowl or container!
Tissue paper
Water
Gloopy glue
Pressed flowers or leaves

We made these easy peasy Suncatchers to brighten up our windows!

What we used 🌿

🦋 Empty cereal box cardboard
🦋 Dried flower petals
🦋 Contact paper (we found some at our local op shop ages ago for a couple of cents)
🦋 Scissors

What we did 🌿

🦋 Fold your cardboard in half for the butterfly and cut out your butterfly shape
🦋 Cut around an outline leaving a thin bit of cardboard to frame your butterfly or snail shape

🌸 Sticks from the Garden - any size you like 🌳
🌸 A mix of dried flowers or leaves 🍃🌷
🌸 Clear contact paper (we found ours at our local op shop for less then $1) 
Draw a outline your wings on the contact paper - you'll need two for each Butterfly (as in two sets of two wings! 🦋
Cut your butterfly shape out - it doesn't have to be perfect or symmetrical look at ours 😜✂️

We made these pretty dragonflies after Lily seen her first one in real life the other day on our lemon tree in the garden 🍋🌳
You don't need much for these and it only takes three simple steps to make 💕
What we used:
🌷 Cardboard 
🌷 two long sticks
🌷 Dried flowers
🌷 Glue
What we did:
🌷 Cut out dragonfly wings on your cardboard
🌷 Cover the cardboard with glue and sprinkle the dried flowers on
🌷 Glue the cardboard wings to your sticks
